The DOT is hitting some economic “bumps” in the road, with more budget cuts coming and roads and bridges in need of repair. We’ll talk with Commissioner Campbell about those topics, as well as his hopes for federal stimulus dollars, the roll tolls may play in funding these projects and the widening of Interstate 93.
