Town officials are cutting the budget and entertaining the idea of a new federal prison. Despite the town?s woes, its story has been wiped off the front pages of the state?s newspapers by the attack on the U-S.
But Barbara Tetreault, a reporter with the Berlin Daily Sun, says residents agree with the shift in focus.
