What's the Stimulus Mean to New Hampshire

As we've heard earlier in the program, President Barack Obama has signed a 787 billion dollar economic stimulus package. Those federal tax dollars should be flowing to the states shortly in a variety of forms. Here in New Hampshire, Bud Fitch is one of the people making sure the Granite State gets its share. Fitch is the Director of the state's Office of Ecomonic Stimulus. He tells NHPR's Mark Bevis his phone has not stopped ringing. comments

First I want to state that the debt that the Stimulus package puts on every man woman and child and future generations ought to make any ashamed for taking that which their children will earn. But of course that shame belongs to elected representatives who are voting to send debt to our children.
The Lynch budget takes money form town government by removing money such as the share of rooms and meals returned and gives to schools.
