Utility Customers Should Prepare for the Long Haul

Hundreds of Utility crews are working overtime to get power back to customers after last nights ice storm knocked hundreds of thousands of homes and businesses off the electric grid.

Jim Van Dongen, with the Office of Emergency Managment tells NHPR's Mark Bevis that homes without power should prepare for the long haul.
